Data Deletion Instructions

In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by VKITES (Proprietorship of Kriti Chaurasia).

Email Request to Grievance Officer

Send an email to contact@vkites.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" from your registered email address.

•Include your full name and registered email address
•Specify the personal data you want deleted
•We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours
•Your request will be processed within 30 days as mandated by the DPDP Act

Complete Data Deletion

If you have an account or have submitted data through our services, you may request complete deletion of all associated personal data.

•All personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems
•Usage logs will be anonymized
•Backup data will be purged within 30 days of deletion request
•You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete

Data Export Before Deletion

Before deletion, you may request a copy of your personal data for your records.

•Request data export by emailing our Grievance Officer
•We will provide data in a portable, machine-readable format
•Export requests are fulfilled within 7 days
•After export, you may proceed with the deletion request

Processing Timeline (DPDP Act Mandated)

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it, as mandated by the DPDP Act. You will receive email confirmation at each stage. If we need additional information to verify your identity, we will contact you promptly. All communications regarding your request will be sent to your registered email address.
